No, waxing does not make your hair grow back thicker or more coarse. In fact, it grows back slowly (and, with time, in a lesser amount) and softer.

Try waxing yourself to see! (I will wax nearly any part of the body, except private areas. If it is not currently priced, it probably can be. Just ask!)
